ANGELS FOR ANIMALS APRIL EVENTS |

BOOK AND RUMMAGE SALE A HUGE SUCCESS! What a wonderful sale we had and thanks to all the terrific donors and shoppers we raised over $1400 for the animals. The volunteers worked so hard to make this sale the success it was and many thanks go to Renee, Buck and Coni, Barbara, Marlynn, Beth,Lisa, Melissa, Rhonda for all their help and support. We had everything from books to patio sets and since the prices were so reasonable, the shoppers filled boxes and bags with all the bargains. Here are a couple of pictures from the very start of the sale - too busy to take more pictures, but you can see part of the sale items we had.
Ten percent of the funds raised will be donated to the Trap/Neuter/Return Program for feral cats to help Kris Neal continue the program. We support this program whole-heartedly, as it is the very best way to control over-population of feral cats in the county.

We need volunteers to walk and show off animals at the Adoptathons, help publicize and work at the rummage sales and pet parades, and there is always a place in Angels for Animals for someone who has the animals' best interests at heart. |
